We are looking for a Building Information Modeling Specialist who can drive digital information management across architecture, engineering, and construction projects. This role is essential in connecting designers, engineers, contractors, and operations teams through coordinated 3D models and structured project data. The BIM Specialist is responsible not only for model creation, but also for improving project efficiency, supporting design coordination, identifying clashes, maintaining drawing consistency, enabling quantity takeoffs, and standardizing data across the project lifecycle.
In this position, you will work closely with architects, general contractors, subcontractors, developers, and facility management teams to establish BIM execution plans, define modeling standards, manage templates and families, conduct model reviews, and ensure the quality of deliverable data. You will use tools such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Solibri, and BIM 360 to support integrated workflows from design and construction through handover and operations.
The ideal candidate combines knowledge of architecture or construction with hands-on experience in BIM software, strong coordination skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You should be comfortable working in multidisciplinary environments where maintaining data accuracy and consistency is critical. We value candidates who can improve workflows, promote standardization, and adapt to varying client requirements and delivery standards while helping teams increase their BIM maturity.
This role sits at the center of construction digital transformation and offers the opportunity to create measurable value through better design quality, improved construction efficiency, more accurate cost control, and stronger asset information management during operations. You will also support internal and external stakeholders through training, guidance, and technical assistance, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with communication and collaboration. If you are motivated to learn new technologies, refine digital processes, and contribute to the advancement of BIM practices within an organization, this is a highly rewarding career opportunity.
