We are looking for a Certified Clinical Perfusionist to join our dynamic healthcare team. As a Certified Clinical Perfusionist, you will be responsible for operating extracorporeal circulation equipment, such as heart-lung machines, during cardiac and other surgeries where it is necessary to temporarily replace the patient’s circulatory or respiratory function. You will work closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other members of the surgical team to ensure the safe and effective management of the patient’s physiological status during procedures. Your expertise will be critical in maintaining optimal oxygenation, blood flow, and metabolic support for patients undergoing complex surgeries. In addition to operating perfusion equipment, you will be responsible for monitoring patient parameters, managing blood products and medications, and troubleshooting any issues that arise during procedures. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records, participate in quality assurance activities, and stay current with advances in perfusion technology and best practices. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations.
