We are looking for a Change Management Specialist to join our team and lead organizational transformation initiatives. As a Change Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that change projects meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. You will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles, and organizational structures. Your primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance. The Change Management Specialist will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of changes, and proficiency with the changes that impact employees. You will work closely with project teams, business leaders, and stakeholders to identify potential risks and anticipated points of resistance, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address concerns. You will also support communication efforts, design and deliver training programs, and provide coaching to managers and supervisors to help them guide their teams through change. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools, as well as excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Experience in managing large-scale organizational change efforts and a proven ability to work collaboratively across all levels of an organization are essential.
