We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Civil Litigation Attorney to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for representing clients in legal disputes, conducting research and analysis to develop or revise legal arguments, and interpreting laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses. You will be expected to manage all phases of the litigation from the investigation, pleadings, and discovery through the pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal processes. You will also be responsible for drafting pleadings, motions, and appellate documents and submitting them to the court. The ideal candidate should have excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to resolve cases favorably for our clients. You should also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle large amounts of data and detail.

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to the state bar.
  • Proven experience as a civil litigation attorney.
