We are looking for a diligent Construction Project Coordinator to oversee all aspects of our construction projects. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. You will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. Your duties will include scheduling material and equipment purchases and deliveries, making sure the projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project. You will work closely with team members to create project schedules, plan resources, and monitor progress. You will ensure project deadlines are met and determine any necessary modifications. You will need to assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.   • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
  • Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
  • Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
  • Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools
  • BSc in Business Administration or related field
  • PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a plus
