  • Lead and direct the creative team in the production of all marketing collateral
  • Create and implement tailored marketing plans based on individual client requirements
  • Direct brainstorming meetings and creative sessions
  • Shape brand standards and create procedures to ensure all products are brand appropriate
  • Supervise the department's daily workflow, assign project workload, and monitor deadlines and budgets
  • Develop exceptional and well-crafted copy that meet clients’ requirements
  • Enhance our brand by creating compelling, cohesive content that captures our audience and promotes our products

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in fine art, graphic design or similar field
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a creative leadership role (at least 5 years in a digital agency environment)
  • A strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing concepts
  • Comfort interacting with clients and internal staff alike
  • Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives
  • Prior experience with copywriting, design, or production
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
