We are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee our electrical department. As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of electricians and other workers engaged in the construction, installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, machinery, and equipment. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety standards and regulations.   • Supervise and coordinate the activities of electricians and other workers.
  • Ensure that all work is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Inspect and monitor work areas, examine tools and equipment, and provide employee safety training to prevent, detect, and correct unsafe conditions or violations of procedures and safety rules.
  • Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment, or fixtures, based on job specifications and local codes.
  • Direct or train workers to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring, equipment, or fixtures.
  • Prepare sketches or follow blueprints to determine the location of wiring or equipment and to ensure conformance to building and safety codes.
  • Perform skilled electrical work in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
  • Coordinate with project manager or client to plan and execute work procedures, interpret specifications, and coordinate various phases of construction to prevent delays.
  • Conduct regular inspections of all electrical equipment and systems to ensure proper functioning and compliance with safety standards.
  • Manage and resolve work problems, or assist employees in solving work problems.
