We are looking for a passionate and energetic Group Exercise Instructor to lead a variety of fitness classes that motivate and inspire participants to achieve their health and fitness goals. As a Group Exercise Instructor, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging environment, ensuring participant safety, and delivering high-quality instruction across different fitness formats such as cardio, strength training, yoga, Pilates, cycling, and more. You will work with individuals of varying fitness levels and must be able to adapt your instruction to meet the needs of all participants.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fitness instruction, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to help others improve their physical well-being. You should be able to demonstrate proper exercise techniques, provide modifications when necessary, and maintain a high level of enthusiasm throughout each class. This role requires a deep understanding of exercise science, group dynamics, and motivational techniques. You should be certified by a recognized fitness organization and maintain current CPR/AED certification. Experience with virtual instruction is a plus, as many facilities now offer hybrid or online class options.
