We are looking for a Neurodiagnostic Technician to join our clinical team and support the diagnosis and monitoring of neurological conditions through specialized testing procedures. This role is essential in helping physicians evaluate disorders of the brain, spinal cord, peripheral nerves, and sleep-related functions by collecting accurate physiological data and ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout each examination. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically skilled, compassionate, and committed to maintaining high standards of clinical quality. As a Neurodiagnostic Technician, you will perform a range of diagnostic procedures such as electroencephalograms (EEGs), evoked potentials, nerve conduction support activities, ambulatory monitoring, and other neurophysiological tests depending on the needs of the department. You will prepare patients for testing by explaining procedures clearly, obtaining relevant medical histories, applying electrodes and sensors correctly, and monitoring patient responses during examinations. Your work will directly contribute to timely and accurate diagnoses for conditions such as epilepsy, seizures, sleep disorders, neuropathies, encephalopathies, and other neurological abnormalities. In this position, you will be expected to operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot sophisticated diagnostic equipment while following established clinical protocols and safety standards. You will document findings thoroughly, identify technical artifacts, and escalate urgent or abnormal observations to supervising clinicians when necessary. Strong communication skills are important, as you will work closely with neurologists, nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals in both inpatient and outpatient settings. The successful candidate should be comfortable working with patients of different ages and medical conditions, including pediatric, adult, geriatric, and critically ill populations. Empathy, professionalism, and the ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations are key to success in this role. Familiarity with infection control practices, patient confidentiality requirements, and healthcare documentation standards is also important. This opportunity is well suited for someone who enjoys combining patient care with technical precision. You will play a meaningful role in supporting neurological assessment and treatment planning while contributing to a collaborative healthcare environment focused on quality outcomes. If you are passionate about neurophysiology, committed to accuracy, and motivated to make a difference in patient care, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding position.
