  • Develop and implement strategic plans that meet business goals and objectives created in partnership with the Board of Directors.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Non-Profit Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in a nonprofit organization, with at least 5 years of senior leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful strategic plans.
  • Strong understanding of financial strategies and finance-related performance metrics.
  • Deep knowledge of fundraising strategies and donor relations unique to the nonprofit sector.
