We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon who is committed to delivering high-quality patient care within oral and maxillofacial surgery. In this role, you will work with assessment, diagnosis, surgical treatment, and follow-up of patients with conditions, injuries, and diseases affecting the jaw, face, oral cavity, and related structures. This position is ideal for a professional who combines surgical precision with strong communication, interdisciplinary collaboration, and a clear focus on patient safety.
As an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon, you will encounter a broad range of clinical cases, including removal of impacted teeth, treatment of infections, facial skeletal trauma, cystic lesions, reconstructive procedures, implant surgery, and evaluation of congenital or acquired abnormalities in the jaw region. You will collaborate closely with dentists, physicians, anesthesia staff, nurses, radiographers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment pathways. The role requires the ability to make thorough clinical assessments, interpret diagnostic imaging, and plan treatment based on current medical knowledge and best practices.
We are seeking someone who is structured, decisive, and confident when meeting patients in different life situations. Many patients may experience pain, anxiety, or complex medical challenges, so it is important that you can build trust, explain procedures clearly, and support patient needs before, during, and after treatment. You must also be comfortable working in an environment with high standards for documentation, hygiene, quality assurance, and compliance with applicable guidelines.
This position offers the opportunity to contribute both clinically and professionally. You may be responsible for mentoring colleagues, participating in professional development, quality improvement initiatives, and potentially teaching or research, depending on the organization’s needs. We value candidates who stay current in their field, actively engage in continuing education, and seek to strengthen service quality through collaboration and continuous improvement.
To succeed in this role, you should have strong surgical expertise, a solid understanding of patient pathways, and the ability to balance efficiency with accuracy. You should be comfortable with both planned procedures and acute assessments, and able to manage complex cases with calmness and professionalism. If you are motivated by improving patients’ function, health, and quality of life through specialized surgical treatment, we would like to hear from you.
