We are looking for a Pain Management Specialist Physician to join our multidisciplinary team and help deliver high-quality, patient-centered pain care. In this role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up of acute, persistent, and chronic pain conditions. Your work will focus on improving patient function, quality of life, and safe treatment outcomes while applying evidence-based clinical practices across a wide range of care situations. As a Pain Management Specialist Physician, you will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, physiotherapists, psychologists, and other rehabilitation professionals.
The position includes outpatient consultations, specialist advisory support, treatment pathway planning, and, where applicable, interventional pain management procedures in line with the organization’s service offering. You will evaluate the underlying causes of pain from a broad clinical perspective, taking into account somatic, neurological, psychological, and social factors. You will design individualized care plans that may include non-pharmacological approaches, medication management, interventional treatments, and rehabilitation strategies. In addition, you will support patients and their families through education and guidance so that treatment goals, expectations, and practical care plans are clear and realistic.
We expect you to bring strong clinical expertise in identifying pain mechanisms and selecting appropriate treatment strategies, along with the ability to make sound decisions in complex cases. We value experience in multidisciplinary collaboration, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate, respectful approach to patient care. Success in this role also requires careful documentation, ongoing evaluation of treatment effectiveness, and active participation in quality improvement initiatives. We also hope you have an interest in education, consultation, and the implementation of new clinical practices.
We offer a meaningful role in a skilled and supportive professional environment where you can make a tangible difference in patients’ daily lives. You will have access to modern tools, an experienced team, and opportunities to further develop your expertise across different areas of pain management. Our organization values continuous learning, research-minded practice, and high-quality patient care. In this role, you will combine medical expertise, holistic patient interaction, and long-term care development in a way that creates real value for both patients and the broader healthcare system.
