We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Privacy Advisor to join our team and help ensure our organization’s compliance with data protection laws and privacy regulations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of global privacy frameworks such as GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, and others, and will be responsible for advising internal teams on best practices for data handling, storage, and processing. As a Privacy Advisor, you will work closely with legal, IT, HR, marketing, and product development teams to assess privacy risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement privacy-by-design principles across the organization. You will also be responsible for conducting privacy impact assessments (PIAs), managing data subject access requests (DSARs), and supporting incident response efforts related to data breaches. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to translate complex legal requirements into practical business solutions. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Key responsibilities include monitoring changes in privacy legislation, updating internal policies and procedures, training employees on privacy awareness, and serving as the point of contact for regulatory inquiries. The Privacy Advisor will also collaborate with external auditors and consultants to ensure ongoing compliance and continuous improvement of our privacy program. Requirements
