We are looking for a Production Dramaturg to join our creative team and play a pivotal role in the development and realization of theatrical productions. The Production Dramaturg will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of script changes, offering feedback on script development, and ensuring that the production remains true to its artistic vision. This role requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to synthesize complex information, and a collaborative spirit. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment and will demonstrate a commitment to fostering inclusive and engaging theatrical experiences for diverse audiences. Previous experience in dramaturgy, script development, or theatre education is highly desirable.
