We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Skills and DEI Associate to support the development and implementation of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives and skills development programs within our organization. This role is ideal for someone passionate about creating inclusive work environments and fostering professional growth across diverse employee populations.
As a Skills and DEI Associate, you will work closely with the Human Resources and Learning & Development teams to design, coordinate, and evaluate training programs that promote equity and enhance employee capabilities. Your work will directly contribute to building a more inclusive, skilled, and engaged workforce.
Key responsibilities include supporting the execution of DEI strategies, coordinating training sessions, managing internal communications related to DEI and skills development, and maintaining accurate records of program participation and outcomes. You will also help identify gaps in current training offerings and recommend new programs or improvements based on employee feedback and organizational goals.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of DEI principles, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a passion for continuous learning and development. Experience in program coordination, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement is highly desirable.
