We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Structural Steel Foreman to oversee and coordinate the activities of workers engaged in the fabrication, installation, and maintenance of structural steel frameworks for buildings, bridges, and other infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in steel construction, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
As a Structural Steel Foreman, you will be responsible for ensuring that all structural steelwork is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. This includes reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings, managing crew schedules, monitoring safety compliance, and resolving any issues that may arise on-site.

Your ability to communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders will be critical to the success of each project. In addition, you should be comfortable using various tools and equipment related to steel construction and have a thorough understanding of industry safety standards and regulations.
