We are looking for a Supplementary Education Teacher to join our team and help students develop their skills beyond the standard curriculum. The person in this position will be responsible for conducting extracurricular classes, thematic workshops, and individual lessons that support student development in various areas such as mathematics, foreign languages, art, music, or programming.
The ideal candidate should have experience working with children and youth, demonstrate creativity, patience, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to individual student needs. The Supplementary Education Teacher should also be open to collaboration with parents and other teachers to ensure consistency in the educational process.
Responsibilities will include preparing teaching materials, conducting classes in small groups or individually, monitoring student progress, and adjusting the curriculum based on their needs. Knowledge of modern teaching methods and the ability to use digital tools that support education is required.
