We are looking for an experienced Team Leader Carpenter Formworker to lead a team on various construction sites. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in carpentry and formwork, as well as proven ability to manage a team and ensure the quality and safety of the work. As a team leader, you will be responsible for the daily organization of the site, task distribution, monitoring work progress, and meeting deadlines. You will also ensure compliance with safety standards and proper use of materials and tools.
The Team Leader Carpenter Formworker plays a key role in the success of construction projects. They must be able to read and interpret plans, prepare surfaces, install formwork and reinforcements, and supervise concrete pouring. They must also coordinate with other trades on site.
This position requires great rigor, good organizational skills, and excellent communication with team members and other project stakeholders. The team leader must also be able to train new team members and quickly resolve technical or human issues that may arise.
