We are looking for a passionate, spiritually mature Worship Leader to join our team. The Worship Leader will be responsible for leading our congregation in worship during our services. This includes selecting songs that align with the message of the sermon, leading the band and vocalists, and creating an atmosphere that helps people experience the presence of God. The Worship Leader will also be responsible for scheduling practices, coordinating with the tech team, and ensuring that all equipment is in good working order. The ideal candidate will have a deep love for Jesus, a heart for worship, and the ability to lead others in expressing their faith through music. They should also have excellent communication skills, the ability to work well with a team, and a desire to grow and develop in their role.
