Responsibilities

  • Coach teams on Agile methodologies and practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Agile Consultant or Agile Coach.
  • Deep understanding of various Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and XP.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Experience with Agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
