We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach to guide our teams in the implementation of Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile frameworks and will be able to train individuals and teams on the Agile methodology. They will also be responsible for developing Agile training materials and conducting training sessions for employees. The Agile Coach will also be responsible for overseeing the development of Agile teams to ensure effective outcomes for the organization. They will be responsible for guiding teams through the implementation process and are expected to encourage workers and leadership to embrace the Agile methodology. The goal is to help the teams understand the Agile principles and lead the process of Agile implementation in the company.
