  • Proficient user of MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • Leadership and organizational abilities
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Problem-solving attitude
  • Flexibility to work in shifts
  • BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; retail management certification is a plus
