We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Concrete Estimator to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates for products, projects, or services. They will also be responsible for tracking changes in plans or constructions; updating budgets; and preparing cost and expenditure statements and other necessary documentation at regular intervals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes, excellent mathematical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.

  • In-depth knowledge of research and data analysis methods and estimation formulas.
  • Exquisite math and IT ability with an analytical mindset.
  • Proficient in relevant software (Timberline, HCSS, HeavyBid).
  • Thorough knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
