We are looking for a strategic, innovative, and passionate Director of Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that supports the growth and needs of the organization.   • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases.
  • Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation.
  • Familiarity with social media and other professional networks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • A degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field.
