The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing a high-performing team and a deep understanding of talent management and HR best practices.

  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with HRIS and talent management systems
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing talent management strategies
  • Ability to work strategically and tactically
  • Certification in HR or talent management is a plus
