We are looking for a Facility Maintenance Worker who will be responsible for daily maintenance, repairs, and technical support in our business premises. Your main tasks will include regular inspection and maintenance of facilities, timely troubleshooting, performing minor construction, electrical, and plumbing work, and collaborating with external contractors when necessary. You will be responsible for the safety and functionality of the facilities, as well as keeping records of completed work and materials used. You will also participate in planning and implementing preventive maintenance, as well as emergency interventions. Independence in work is expected, but also the ability to work as part of a team, as well as readiness to work in shifts or outside regular working hours in case of emergencies. Experience in maintaining commercial or residential facilities is desirable, as is knowledge of basic occupational safety rules and a willingness to continuously improve and keep up with new technologies in the field of maintenance.
