We are looking for a Grants Specialist to join our team and take responsibility for the comprehensive management of acquiring, settling, and monitoring external funding, including EU, national, and private sources. The person in this role will collaborate with various departments, public institutions, and external partners to effectively prepare grant applications, report project progress, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and program guidelines. Key tasks include identifying available funding sources, analyzing call documentation, preparing application materials, consulting with project teams, and monitoring project implementation in terms of schedule and budget. The Grants Specialist will also be responsible for preparing final reports, controlling expenditures, and maintaining contact with funding institutions. The ideal candidate should have experience working with externally funded projects, a strong knowledge of EU funding regulations, and the ability to work under pressure. Excellent organizational skills, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills are also required.
