We are looking for an experienced IT Training Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, conducting, and evaluating high-quality training programs for our employees. You will be tasked with understanding the needs of our organization and developing a curriculum that addresses these needs. This will involve creating engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer. You will also be responsible for conducting seminars, workshops, individual training sessions etc. and assessing its outcomes. Excellent communication and leadership skills are a must, as well as a strong knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure.
