We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and shaping unique, user-centric products and experiences. The ideal candidate will have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI skills, and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces. You will collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience. You will also conduct user research, user testing, and iterate upon it to ensure a great user experience. This role requires a deep understanding of the product lifecycle, from research and design to prototyping and testing. You will be expected to make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features. An ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate your design ideas and prototypes to developers and stakeholders is essential.

  • Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
  • Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
  • Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.

  • Conduct user testing of applications, software, and websites.
  • Create prototypes, mockups, and layouts for product development.

  • Proven UI experience with a strong portfolio.
  • Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, OmniGraffle, or other visual design and wire-framing tools.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
  • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
  • Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
  • Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
  • BS/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related.
