We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Project Scheduler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and managing project schedules for various projects. This includes identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; forming project teams; coordinating and monitoring activities; and ensuring that project deadlines are met. The Project Scheduler will work closely with project managers and team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. Responsibilities include submitting project deliverables, preparing status reports, and establishing effective project communication plans as well as the proper execution of said plans. To be a successful candidate, you will need to have proven experience in project management and the ability to lead project teams of various sizes. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a huge advantage.

  • Creating and managing project schedules.
  • Coordinating with project teams to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.
  • Ensuring that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves.
  • Monitoring project progress and handle any issues that arise.
  • Acting as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Project Scheduler or similar role.
  • Experience in project management, from conception to delivery.
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g. Basecamp or Trello).
  • BSc in Business Administration or related field.
  • PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
