We are looking for a compassionate, patient, and dedicated Special Education Paraprofessional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting special education teachers in providing students with disabilities the necessary instruction and support to help them achieve academic success. You will work closely with teachers to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), monitor student progress, and provide one-on-one assistance as needed. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and inclusive classroom environment, managing classroom behavior, and providing physical assistance to students as needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of special education principles and practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with students with a wide range of disabilities.
