We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Vice President of Student Affairs to lead and oversee all aspects of student services within our institution. This role is responsible for developing and implementing policies, programs, and initiatives that support student success, engagement, and well-being. The Vice President of Student Affairs will work closely with faculty, staff, and students to create a positive and inclusive campus environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in student affairs, higher education administration, and leadership. They will be responsible for managing student support services, including counseling, career services, student activities, housing, and health services. Additionally, they will collaborate with academic departments to ensure that student needs are met both inside and outside the classroom.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing student policies, overseeing student conduct and disciplinary procedures, and ensuring compliance with institutional and governmental regulations. The Vice President of Student Affairs will also be responsible for managing budgets, supervising staff, and fostering a culture of student engagement and success.
