We are looking for a Writer's Assistant to support an author in daily tasks related to the creation of literary, journalistic, or academic content. The person in this role will be responsible for assisting with research, editing texts, organizing materials, and managing the writer’s work schedule. The ideal candidate should have excellent command of the Polish language, strong editing skills, and be well-organized and self-motivated.
The Writer's Assistant will work directly with the author, supporting the creative process. Responsibilities include gathering information, preparing notes, organizing source materials, and assisting with proofreading and editing. Additionally, the assistant will manage the writer’s calendar, communicate with publishers, literary agents, and other stakeholders involved in the publishing process.
The candidate should be communicative, detail-oriented, and creative. Familiarity with editing tools such as Microsoft Word, Google Docs, or project management tools (e.g., Trello, Notion) is a plus. Experience in editorial, journalistic, or literary work is highly desirable.
