We are looking for an Application Support Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting business application systems. This includes troubleshooting applications and software for all internal customers, such as operations, development, and other business units. The Application Support Analyst is also responsible for assisting in the design, delivery, and improvement of in-house software applications training programs and related courseware. This role requires a deep understanding of application support, system administration, and system engineering. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT, computer systems engineering, or systems engineering and analysis.

  • Troubleshoot applications and software for all internal customers.
  • Assist in the design, delivery, and improvement of software applications.
  • Maintain system documentation and logs.
