We are looking for a Brexit Compliance Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our organization is in compliance with all Brexit-related regulations and policies. This includes monitoring changes in legislation, developing and implementing compliance strategies, and providing guidance to other departments. The Brexit Compliance Officer will also be responsible for conducting audits, identifying potential areas of compliance vulnerability, and developing corrective action plans. This role requires a deep understanding of Brexit regulations, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.

  • Monitor changes in Brexit-related legislation and regulations.
  • Develop and implement compliance strategies.
  • Provide guidance to other departments on Brexit compliance issues.
  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with Brexit regulations.

  • Develop corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues.
  • Provide reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested, to keep the Corporate Compliance Committee and senior management informed of the operation and progress of compliance efforts.
  • Ensure proper reporting of violations or potential violations to duly authorized enforcement agencies as appropriate and/or required.
  • Establish and provide direction and management of the compliance Hotline.
  • Institute and maintain an effective compliance communication program for the organization.

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Compliance Officer or similar role.
  • Deep understanding of Brexit regulations and policies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • High level of integrity and professional ethics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) certification is a plus.
