The administrator will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable labor and tax laws, as well as maintaining clear and effective communication with employees regarding their benefits. The ideal candidate should have advanced analytical skills, experience using Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving. Previous experience in multinational companies or fast-paced environments is highly valued.
