We are looking for a Design Strategist to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of our products and services through innovative and user-centered design thinking. As a Design Strategist, you will bridge the gap between business goals and user needs by crafting strategic design approaches that drive innovation, improve user experience, and deliver measurable business value.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, UX/UI designers, researchers, engineers, and marketing professionals to identify opportunities, define problems, and develop creative solutions. You will use a variety of design methodologies such as journey mapping, service design, prototyping, and user research to inform and validate your strategies.
The ideal candidate is a systems thinker with a strong background in design and business strategy. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, synthesizing complex information, and communicating your ideas clearly to stakeholders at all levels. You are passionate about human-centered design and have a proven track record of delivering impactful design strategies in fast-paced environments.
Key to your success will be your ability to understand user behavior, market trends, and business objectives, and to translate these insights into actionable design strategies. You will also play a critical role in fostering a culture of design thinking within the organization, mentoring team members, and advocating for the value of design in strategic decision-making.
