We are looking for a Digital Media Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and managing the overall digital marketing strategy. In addition, they will be in charge of managing, guiding, and training digital marketers and other marketing positions in the team. They will also be responsible for managing and overseeing the digital marketing team and all digital marketing campaigns, and for driving the digital marketing strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and increase sales. The Digital Media Planner will also be responsible for conducting market research to identify marketing opportunities and negotiate media coverage. They will track the effects of marketing campaigns and report on their results. They will also be responsible for budgeting and allocating resources for different marketing projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of how the digital media landscape works, and how to optimize content so that it is engaging on those channels. They will be responsible for all aspects of our marketing operations, including planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns.

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

  • Proven working experience in digital marketing
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
