We are looking for a Human Capital Business Partner to join our team. This role is a strategic partner to the business, providing thought leadership on strategic and organizational development, change management, and personal leadership. You will work closely with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement. In partnership with business leaders, you will also work to improve manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems; evaluating potential solutions; implementing selected solution; coaching and counseling managers and employees. You will also be responsible for ensuring the quality of HR service delivery through effective collaboration with our HR service delivery teams.

  • Proven working experience as HR manager or other HR executive.
  • People oriented and results driven.
  • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field.
