We are looking for an Internal Recruiter to join our Human Resources team and help us grow our internal talent pool. As an Internal Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various departments within the organization. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records in our applicant tracking system and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
This position requires a high level of discretion and professionalism, as you will be handling sensitive information and representing the company to potential employees. You should be comfortable conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding new hires. Experience with data-driven recruitment and familiarity with HR software tools is a plus.

Requirements
