- Manage and maintain the company's material and stocked product inventory.
- Perform regular physical counts and reconcile with the inventory system.
- Identify discrepancies between physical counts and inventory records.
- Investigate causes of discrepancies and propose solutions.
- Coordinate with purchasing and sales departments to forecast future demand.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of received and outgoing shipments.
- Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments.
- Evaluate new inventory to ensure it's ready for shipment.
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
- Train staff on proper inventory control procedures.

- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
- Working knowledge of inventory management software.
- Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Reliable and trustworthy.
- BSc/BA in business administration, logistics or relevant field.
- Certification in inventory control or supply chain management is a plus.
