We are looking for a Learning and Development Specialist to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This position requires a strong understanding of instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You should be comfortable using learning management systems (LMS), e-learning tools, and other digital platforms to deliver engaging learning experiences.
