We are looking for a Legal Office Assistant to provide administrative and organizational support in a busy legal environment. As a Legal Office Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth daily operation of the office and the proper and efficient handling of legal documents. You will work closely with lawyers, legal professionals, and other administrative staff to ensure deadlines are met and client information is handled confidentially and professionally. Your tasks will include handling correspondence, filing documents, preparing legal drafts, scheduling meetings and court appointments, and communicating with clients and public authorities. You must be detail-oriented, have strong organizational skills, and be able to work under pressure. Experience with legal terminology and procedures is an advantage but not a requirement, as training will be provided. We are looking for someone who is committed, reliable, and has a positive approach to work. You should be able to work independently as well as in teams and be comfortable handling sensitive information. The position requires good communication skills both verbally and in writing, as well as familiarity with standard office software and possibly legal IT systems.
