We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Optician to join our eye care team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fitting and dispensing corrective lenses for the correction of patients' vision. You will determine the specifications of various ophthalmic appliances that will give the necessary correction to a person's eyesight. You will also assist and advise patients in selecting frames according to style and color, coordinating frames with facial and eye measurements and optical prescriptions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of optometric equipment, strong customer service skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with patients.

  • Perform vision tests and analyze results
  • Diagnose sight problems, such as nearsightedness or farsightedness
  • Prescribe eyeglasses, contact lenses, and other visual aids

  • Proven experience as an Optician
  • Licensed to practice as an Optician
  • In-depth knowledge of eye-related disorders and conditions
  • Ability to use and maintain modern ophthalmic equipment
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Professional certification (e.g. ABO, NCLE)
  • High school diploma; Degree in Optometry or relevant field is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
