We are looking for a Parcel Officer to join our logistics team and ensure the smooth reception, processing, and distribution of parcels. This position plays a key role in our supply chain operations, as the Parcel Officer is responsible for making sure all incoming parcels are properly documented, inspected, and delivered to the appropriate departments or clients.
Main duties include receiving parcels from suppliers or couriers, verifying them against documentation, labeling goods, entering data into the warehouse management system, and distributing parcels accordingly. The Parcel Officer must also ensure that all parcels are handled in compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
The role requires attention to detail, responsibility, and the ability to work quickly and efficiently. The candidate should be prepared to work both independently and as part of a team and possess strong organizational skills. Experience in logistics or warehousing is an advantage, but we also provide training for new employees.
