We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Recruiting Assistant to support our recruitment and onboarding activities. The Recruiting Assistant will be responsible for posting job ads, organizing resumes and job applications, scheduling job interviews, assisting in interview processes, and maintaining employee records. In addition to this, the successful candidate will perform administrative duties, such as answering phone calls, providing office-wide support, and ensuring smooth communication between our team and candidates. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruitment and a keen eye for talent, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Post job ads on careers pages and process incoming resumes
  • Maintain candidate database
  • Arrange travel and accommodations for out-of-town candidates
  • Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests
  • Organize new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs
  • Answer phone calls and schedule interviews
  • Provide administrative assistance to the HR department
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data
  • Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Recruiting Assistant or similar role
  • Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Experience with resume databases and Professional Social Networks
  • Knowledge of labor legislation
  • Experience with MS Office and Google Suite
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality
  • Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting
  • BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field
  • Certification in Human Resources is a plus
