We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Regional Security Manager to oversee all security operations within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing security policies, protocols and procedures to maintain security standards across all offices within the region. You will coordinate security operations or activities with public law enforcement, fire and other agencies. You will also attend meetings, professional seminars, or conferences to keep abreast of changes in executive legislative directives or new technologies impacting security operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of security protocols and procedures, excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team.

- Develop and implement security policies, protocols and procedures.
- Coordinate security operations or activities with public law enforcement.
- Control budgets for security operations and monitor expenses.
- Recruit, train and supervise security officers and guards.
- Attend meetings, professional seminars or conferences to keep abreast of changes in executive legislative directives or new technologies impacting security operations.
- Respond to medical emergencies, bomb threats, fire alarms, or intrusion alarms, following emergency response procedures.
- Review reports on incidents and breaches.
- Investigate and resolve issues.
- Create reports for management on security status.
- Analyze data to form proposals for improvements.

- Proven experience as security manager or similar position.
- Experience using relevant technology and equipment.
- Experience in reporting and emergency response planning.
- Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
- Solid understanding of budgeting and statistical data analysis.
- Working knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
- Committed and reliable.
- High school diploma; Further education in security administration or similar field will be an asset.
