We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Scheduling Coordinator to manage all aspects of scheduling for our organization. The Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for analyzing our current scheduling procedures and suggesting improvements, maintaining employee schedules, ensuring that all shifts are covered, and communicating with staff about their schedules. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing schedule changes and adjustments, ensuring that all staff are informed of their schedules well in advance, and resolving any scheduling conflicts or issues that arise. This role requires excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities at once. The Scheduling Coordinator will also need to be able to work well under pressure and to make decisions quickly and effectively.
