We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our dynamic Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and executing full-cycle recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent across various departments. As a Senior Recruiter, you will manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding. You will also be responsible for screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating with hiring managers for technical interviews, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the process.
In addition to sourcing and hiring, you will play a key role in employer branding initiatives, helping to position the company as an employer of choice. You will analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and provide regular reports to senior leadership. You will also mentor junior recruiters and contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for finding and attracting top talent. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple requisitions simultaneously. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and knowledge of labor laws and hiring best practices are essential.
