We are looking for a dynamic and creative Special Events Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing all aspects of our organization's special events to ensure they are successful, memorable, and within budget. This includes everything from small-scale meetings to large-scale corporate events or public celebrations. You will also be expected to analyze the success of each event and prepare reports for stakeholders.   • Plan, design, and produce events while managing all project delivery elements within time limits.
  • Liaise with clients to identify their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research, gather information, and negotiate contracts prior to closing any deals.

  • Proven experience as an events planner or organizer.
  • Impressive portfolio of previously managed events (weddings, meetings, parties, corporate events).
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Sales skills and ability to build productive business relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
  • MS Office proficiency.
  • Willing to submit references from previous clients.
  • BS in Event Management or related field is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
